Tan Jenar is an economics graduate student based in Australia, with a background in engineering management and applied organizational research. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International and Development Economics at the Australian National University, alongside a Master of Science in Economics at Universitas Indonesia. His interests lie in development economics and institutional economics, particularly how institutional arrangements shape real economic outcomes.
Hanif Rizki is interested in macroeconomics and applied economics, particularly monetary policy and the use of econometrics to understand real-world data. He is currently pursuing a Master of Applied Economics at the Australian National University (2024–2026), after completing his undergraduate degree in Economics at Universitas Diponegoro (2018–2022). He has worked as a Research Assistant at Bank Indonesia Institute and currently tutors Managerial Economics (ECON2014/6014) at ANU’s Research School of Economics.
Prasetya Rahman Salim is a researcher with experience in applied research and policy-oriented analysis. His interests lie in development economics, particularly issues related to poverty, health, and labor markets. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Padjadjaran and is currently completing a master’s degree in Economics at Universitas Indonesia. He has worked with various research institutions and non-governmental organizations on projects related to health, governance, and socioeconomic policy.
Grace Christiadhi is an Investment Professional at a Multilateral Development Bank, working on energy and infrastructure investments across emerging markets. She previously worked in consulting and corporate finance. She is particularly interested in macroeconomics, finance, and energy markets, where economy and long-term value creation intersect.
Hardy Salim is an economist at LPEM FEB UI with experiences in academia, government, and economic think tanks. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Indonesia. His research interests lie in macroeconomic-development and utilizing large-scale microdata in answering policy questions.
Rakean Radya Al Barra is a research associate at an international research institution based in Southeast Asia, where he is helping to run an RCT on social protection for informal workers. In his spare time, Rakean is active in various communities such as Nyarita Bandung, Masjid Review Indonesia, and Effective Altruism Indonesia. He is currently interested in discourse on effective philanthropy, specifically for Islamic charity organizations.
Wiksadana is a quantitative research analyst at a bilateral economic development program and a researcher at the SDGs Center, Universitas Padjadjaran. His work centers on fiscal policy, with prior research spanning international and regional economics, default risk modelling, and willingness-to-pay estimation. He is currently interested in fiscal decentralization and general equilibrium modelling (SSJ method).
Alya Maurizta Firlana currently works as a Data and Policy Analyst in the government education sector, where she supports policy planning and evaluation through data analysis and research. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Diponegoro. Her work has sparked a growing interest in development economics, education economics, and public policy, particularly the role of human capital and public interventions in shaping economic and social outcomes.
Lulu Qonita is a policy associate with experience in social research and public policy. Her research interests lie in labor economics, gender, and migration, with a focus on evidence-based policy design. She holds a Master of Public Policy with Commendation from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from New York University. She has worked with various global research institutions and universities on socio-economic projects. Alongside her professional work, Lulu is the co-founder of SafeSpace Indonesia, a platform fostering collaborative discourse featured in national media.
Carrisa Hanina is a Visual Communication Design student at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya. She focuses on experimental graphic design and branding, with an interest in exploring diverse visual styles.
